Prepaid hotel and vacation rental reservations booked through Quest Metro are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and same hotel or vacation rental, Quest Metro will either refund you the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty.

Children must stay in same room with parents or grandparents for "Kids stay Free" program. Quest Metro requires payment at the time of booking and charges a nonrefundable fee for all cancelled reservations.
